Hi @toffynutlatte, Long overdue, but here it is.

1. Outline

2. Dip slanted eyebrow brush on your eyebrow powder. (I prefer dipping the brush into small amt of water for a more precise application before dipping unto the eyebrow cake). Fill Outer Part of the Brow. (small photo displays how I hold my brush) Do not fill inner part of the brow (about quarter of an inch)

3. Using the same brush, (do not dip unto the eyebrow powder anymore) with brush direction displayed below, slowly and gently smudge product for a softer look.

4. Since I have very dark (black) eyebrows, I apply brow mascara for a softer look.
